✰ Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, style and color), Glitz and Glam by Gem does NOT accept any cancellations, returns or refunds.

Damages and issues
✰ Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After the 24 hours, we are not responsible to accept any exchanges and/or returns.
✰ Please know that there may be color variations due to mock-ups, lighting and computer screen differences, this does not qualify as a defect.
✰ All drinkwares/tumblers are handmade and may have slight variations or defects. However I inspect all items before shipping for quality.
✰ Glitz and Glam by Gem is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses or names.
✰ Glitz and Glam by Gem is not responsible for paying shipping for items returned to us because of incorrect addresses / names. We will invoice for the cost of shipping the second time.
✰ Glitz and Glam by Gem cannot estimate exact delivery dates or times.
✰ Glitz and Glam by Gem does not guarantee shipping time via our carriers. Delays can and may occur.
